To be eligible for a BA degree at O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonepat, candidates must have completed their 10+2 education from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, applicants must have a strong command of the English language, as all courses are conducted in English. It is also recommended that students have a passion for the liberal arts and humanities, as the BA program at O.P. Jindal Global University focuses on critical thinking, communication skills, and interdisciplinary learning.

O.P. Jindal Global University, awards Merit cum Means Scholarships (MCM) every year. The MCM Scholarship covers the tuition fee only. The eligibility criteria includes annual family income, qualifying examination score, JSAT or standardized examination results and faculty interview score. Weightage is also be given to curricular and non curricular achievements.

Naveen Jindal Young Global Scholarships: The aim of the scholarship is to nurture, encourage and support young global leaders. One student from the five-year B.A./B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme. one student from the three-year LL.B. and another student from the one year LLM programme will be awarded this scholarship on the basis of an independent selection process. An award of one-year programme fee will be given to the student of B.A./B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.B programme and for LLM 50% of the programme fee will be awarded to the selected student of LLM. programme.

Shallu Jindal Outstanding Women Scholarships: The aim of the scholarship is to nurture, encourage and support outstanding women to enter the field of law. Two students from the three year LL.B. programme, two students from the five year B.A./B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and two students from the one year LL.M. programme will be awarded this scholarship on the basis of an independent selection process. An award of 50% of one year programme fee will be given to each student. Studentships ranging from 10% to 75% of tuition fees are awarded on merit-cum-means basis to a substantial number of selected students as per university rules.
