IIT Goa Admission Process
Indian Institute of Technology Goa admissions are provided at UG, PG and doctoral levels. Entrance-based admissions are offered at IIT Goa. Students can check the details of IIT Goa admissions below.

Candidates applying for the B.Tech course at IIT Goa need to meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates should appear for the JEE Advanced examination and secure a valid score. Qualified candidates need to register for JoSAA Counselling and select IIT Goa as their preference.

IIT Goa admission to M Tech courses at the postgraduate level. The IIT Goa admissions in the MTech course are offered in full-time mode with a duration of 2-years. IIT Goa admissions to PG courses are offered in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical Engineering branches.

Candidates should appear for the GATE examination. IIT Goa admission 2026 is open. A few more updates are given below: The GATE COAP 2026 seat allotment results for round 3 have been released for admission to the ME/MTech courses. Candidates can choose to accept & freeze, retain & wait, or reject & wait by May 27, 2026 (till 9 AM). The JEE Advanced 2026 exam has been conducted for admission to the BE/BTech course. The results for the same will be announced on Jun 1, 2026 . The JEE Main 2026 session 2 result has been announced on the official website for IIT Goa admission to the BTech, BArch and BPlan courses.
