A master’s degree following a 4-year bachelor’s (1 year/2 semesters) or after a 3-year bachelor’s (2 years/4 semesters), or equivalent qualifications recognized by the relevant statutory body, with at least 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grading. Foreign qualifications must be from institutions accredited by recognized authorities.A 5% mark relaxation applies to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) / Differently-Abled/Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates, as per Commission guidelines.Applicants with a 4-year bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 75% aggregate marks, with the same relaxation for reserved categories.M.Phil. graduates with at least 55% marks or equivalent grading, including those from accredited foreign institutions, are eligible. The same 5% relaxation applies to reserved categories.
