Girls Hostel
Hostels for students are located towards Eastern side of the campus in the form of cluster. Three storey buildings of hostels provide comfortable accommodation and pleasing environment to students.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra guest houses are built as an additional benefit for the students for extra residence, these are located in the nearby location of the campus.
Gym
Students and team members have been provided with a National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra gymnasium center for fitness maintenance. It is packed with new and cutting-edge technology for various physical activities.
Hostel
NIT, Kurukshetra has a total number of 12 hostel, 9 for boys (three boys hostels are triple bedded and the rest are single bedded. All the rooms in Post-graduate hostel are single bedded) and 3 for girls (namely Alaknanda Bhawan, Bhagirathi Bhawan and Cauvery Bhawan have the total capacity of 610 seats for B. Tech and Post graduate students. All the hostels are well maintained and equipped with the facilities.
I.T Infrastructure
The computing department has eight laboratories that are digital networks Lab, Information security lab, Software testing, Computer hardware and Troubleshooting lab, Device and system software lab, Intel i7 Desktop Computers - 200 Nos.

The National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra offers a large number of facilities to students. NIT Kurukshetra facilities ensure students are provided with an amiable environment. For accommodation of students, the university has individual boys and girls hostel. The library of theNIT Kurukshetrais well-stocked with reading materials.National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra facilities allow the overall development of students. Gym, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, cafeteria, auditorium and more are some NIT Kurukshetra facilities that are available for students. National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra campus also has a medical centre and department-based laboratories.

Library
The NIT Kurukshetra Library has a collection of books, including textbooks, reference books, print & online journals, and e-books, providing students and staff with all the requisite material. The library is also well equipped with audio and video equipment.
Medical Facilities
For students and staff 24x7, medical and healthcare services are open. Registered medical officers and para-medical personnel are provided by the medical unit, which provides students and staff some form of medical care in the event of any medical emergency.
Sports
National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra Sport complexes are provided for the extracurricular activities for the enrolled candidates so that they can carry out their hobbies too along with the studies.
Swimming Pool
NIT Kurukshetra now has an International standard swimming pool, 50 meters 25 meters x. height, 90 cm. Shallow-end depth and 5 meters deepness at a lower end. It is also fitted with 3 spring boards for diving at 3 meters 5 meters and 7 meters in height at the same time.

The MAT 2026 PBT mode registration deadline for admission to the MBA course has passed. For the PBT mode, the exam will be held on May 31, 2026 . Further, for the CBT mode, the registration window is open till Jun 8, 2026 , for the exam scheduled for Jun 14, 2026 .
The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.
