In 2016, Plastindia International University, Vapi was established. Plastindia International University, Vapi is a State Private University. The University offers one undergraduate course in the stream of Engineering and Architecture. Plastindia International University is UGC Recognised u/s 2(f) of the UGC Act. Enactment of Plastindia International University as a Private University under Gujarat Private University Act 2009. The branch in which the Plastindia International University course is offered is plastic engineering in BE/BTech. Admission into the BE/BTech programme is given contingent upon JEE Main or GUJCET scores. Students at Plastindia International University are also provided with financial assistance.
