Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Surat was established in 1965. VNSGU Surat is a state university approved by UGC and BCI with a campus size of 210 acres. VNSGU Surat is accredicted with NAAC "B++" grading. VNSGU Surat offers around 80 courses to the students at diploma, UG, PG and doctoral level. VNSGU courses are offered in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences , Law, Engineering and Architecture , Animation and Design, Sciences and other streams. TVeer Narmad South Gujarat University offers B.Sc, BA, BCA, BBA, B.Com, M.Sc, M.Com, MPT, MBA, Ph.D and more courses in a full-time mode. VNSGU Surat provides management courses to students. The Veer Narmad South Gujarat University fees depend on the level and duration of the course selected by the student. Admission to the courses is offered in full time mode. VNSGU admissions are based on entrance tests conducted by VNSGU except for MD, MS, MBBS, B.Arch, and MCA courses are based on entrance examinations such as NEET PG, NEET , JEE Main, NATA , and CMAT . VNSGU Surat offers various facilities including a IT infrastructure, cafeteria, auditorium, wifi, transport facilities, banks/ATM, alumni association, and more for the students. Veer Narmad South Gujarat University is a private university and is popularly known as VNSGU. It was established under the South Gujarat University Act, passed by the Gujarat State Legislative Assembly and is located in Surat, Gujarat. The university is recognised by the UGC and has been accredited by the NAAC with B++ grade in 2022. At present, there are 34 government, 190 self-financed colleges, and 150 postgraduate teaching centres affiliated with VNSGU.
