AACCC has published the schedule and 70-page bulletin for Ayush postgraduate (MD/MS) counselling for AIAPGET 2026 qualifiers. Round 1 registration opens on 26 October 2026 and the refundable security money is ₹20,000 or ₹50,000.
ISRO’s recruitment board has pushed the computer based test for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Electronics, Mechanical and Computer Science to Thursday, 29 October 2026. The 37-city test follows the 19 October date that was first announced.
UPSC will start the personality tests for the Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Service examination on Monday, 2 November 2026. The schedule lists 134 candidates over four days, and e-summon letters follow on upsconline.nic.in.
ICAI has declared the CA Intermediate results for the September 2026 exams on 22 October 2026. Check them on caresults.icai.org with your roll and registration numbers. Exam forms for the January 2027 attempt open on 3 November and close on 16 November.
GPSC has published a provisional list of 128 candidates for an in-person Opt-out sitting under Advertisement 47/2023-24. It runs on 27, 28, 29 and 30 October 2026, and individual slots go out by email on 22 October.
IIMA's admission policy for the 2027-29 MBA (PGP) keeps the CAT cut-offs and the 35:65 composite, but drops the stream-wise 10th and 12th cut-offs and the 80th percentile bachelor's rule. The final score is now 50% interview, 10% writing test and 40% composite.
GPSC checked the documents of 2,669 candidates for Advertisement 1/2026-27 and published a list of 232 who are ineligible for the main exam, each with a reason. Seven more candidates lose their category benefit.
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has extended the last date for the 2027-28 lateral entry selection test for Class 9 and Class 11 from 30 September to 22 October 2026. Corrections open from 23 to 25 October, and the test is on 10 April 2027.
IIT Kharagpur, which runs JAM 2027, now lists 22 October 2026 as the extended last date to apply. The exam is on 14 February 2027 in two sessions and results are due on 18 March 2027.
The India-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement entered into force on 20 October 2026. For students it locks in 20 hours of weekly work during study, 2 to 4 years of post-study work depending on the degree, and a new three-year work visa quota of 5,000 for skilled Indians.
VIT has opened applications for VITEEE 2027, its entrance test for B.Tech admission. The form costs ₹1,450 and closes on 31 March 2027. The 2-hour computer-based test has 100 questions and is tentatively set for 27 April to 2 May 2027.
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has opened registration for its MBA (International Business) at Delhi, Kolkata, Kakinada and GIFT City, and for MBA (Business Analytics) at Delhi. The last date for the form and fee is 25 November 2026, 11.59 pm. IIFT runs no test of its own and will use CAT 2026.
NTA has opened a late application window for the Rashtriya Military Schools Common Entrance Test 2026 for Class VI and Class IX. You can apply from 21 October to 5 pm on 25 October 2026 by paying a ₹500 late fee on top of the normal fee. The written test is on 13 December.
Gujarat’s medical admission committee has opened the fee and reporting window for the 4th online stray vacancy round. Tuition fees can be paid from 21 October until 2 pm on 26 October, and original documents go to a help centre by 5 pm the same day. The committee’s report list has 223 names, one for each of the 223 seats that were vacant on 17 October.
Gujarat Technological University has told its affiliated colleges to enrol new students for 2026-27 through a portal. Students pay a ₹150 fee at their own institute from 19 to 28 October. A late window on 2 and 3 November adds a ₹100 penalty.
The Supreme Court Registry has advertised 65 tentative Senior Personal Assistant posts at Pay Level 8. Any graduate who can take English shorthand at 110 words a minute and type at 40 can apply online from 20 October to 10 November 2026. The fee is ₹1,500, or ₹750 for reserved categories.
The Supreme Court Registry has advertised 130 tentative Junior Court Attendant posts at Pay Level 3 (₹21,700 to ₹69,100). The minimum qualification is Class 10, and a candidate whose highest qualification is above Class 12 does not qualify. Applications open on 4 November and close at 11:55 pm on 25 November 2026.
Computer science and IT graduates with three or more years in software development can apply for 15 tentative Court Assistant (Technical Assistant-cum-Programmer) posts at the Supreme Court Registry. Pay is Level 7, applications run from 3 to 24 November 2026, and the tests are tentatively on 22 December.
The Gujarat Public Service Commission has called 442 candidates for the tenth interview phase of Advertisement 82/2024-25 (Medical Officer, Insurance Medical Officer and Tutor posts, Class-2). Interviews run from 26 to 30 October at GPSC Bhavan, Gandhinagar. Call letters are on gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in from 6 pm on 19 October.
The Gujarat Public Service Commission has published its interview calendar for 26 to 30 October. It covers 188 candidates for 49 Assistant Engineer (Civil) posts in the new municipal corporations, 47 for 12 Deputy Director of Agriculture posts, 30 for 3 Executive Engineer (Mechanical) posts and 10 for a Chief Scientific Officer post at GWSSB.
State Bank of India has advertised six fixed-term Specialist Cadre Officer posts in AI, analytics and data engineering under advertisement CRPD/SCO/2026-27/30. Online applications run from 19 October to 9 November 2026. The posts need 8 to 15 or more years of experience, so this is not a fresher drive, but it shows what SBI now wants.
The University of Delhi has advertised 46 Senior Assistant and 80 Assistant posts under Advt. No. R&P/323/2026. The online application link opens on 23 October 2026. The last date is 9 November 2026 or two weeks after the notice appears in Employment News, whichever is later. Fees are ₹600 to ₹1,000.
CFA Institute released August 2026 Level III results on 20 October: 47% of 13,940 candidates passed, against 56% for first-timers and 31% for those who had deferred. The next Level III sittings are in February and May 2027.
UPSC has put off the Combined Recruitment Test for 124 Principal and 704 Vice-Principal posts in Delhi’s Education Department. A corrigendum dated 16 October 2026 moves it from 1 November 2026 to 9 January 2027, in the forenoon session from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Applications closed on 17 August 2026.
