Two more notices from this week
- NRI claims: a corrigendum dated 14 October adds a document. Candidates claiming an NRI seat under Category I or IV must also submit the valid passport of the parent, sibling or sponsor whose NRI status they rely on.
- PwD candidates: MCC says the disability rules are framed by the National Medical Commission, and it cannot relax them. Questions go to NMC. The primary assessment boards were available until 15 October and the appellate boards remain open until 18 October.
What to do now: download all four matrices from mcc.nic.in, shortlist subjects and colleges where seats exist in your category, and lock your choices well before 10 am on 22 October. Re-check the matrix once more on 21 October in case a college corrects its count.
