1. One-Time Physical Reporting

One of the biggest changes this year is the One-Time Physical Reporting system.

Candidates choosing the Float (Upgrade) option generally do not have to visit the allotted college after every round. They can continue participating in subsequent rounds for a better seat, reducing unnecessary travel, expenses and paperwork.

2. Online Document Verification

MCC has expanded digital document verification.

3. Online Resignation Facility

Freeze

• Accept the allotted seat.
• Exit further counselling rounds.
• Admission process continues in the allotted college.

Float

• Retain the current seat.
• Continue participating in upcoming rounds.
• Automatically upgrade if a higher-preference seat becomes available.

5. Digital NRI Document Submission

Candidates applying under the NRI quota can now upload required documents digitally through the MCC portal, making the process quicker and more convenient.

6. Better Support for PwBD Candidates

The number of disability assessment centres has been increased, making certificate verification easier for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
