Some of the students cleared their M.Sc. exams, some with Norcet, and the others who left provided jobs in AIIMS hospitals with 40,000 rupees per month. All students must complete a 6-month internship with a monthly salary of around 13,000 rupees. In this course, you can opt for working as a secondary nurse or communhealth nurse and pursue your postgraduate degree in different fields like critical care, community health nursing, obstetrics and gynecology, child health nursing, mental health nursing, oncology, cardiology, etc. | Labs are present for each department with no Wi-Fi system in the college and a 5–6 lecture theater. Other libraries have good Wi-Fi systems with different study areas, like the e-library, which has around 50 computers in it, and other student study areas, reading rooms, faculty study areas, group study areas, etc. Hostels are quite good. Double rooms are provided to 1st year students, and after that, single rooms per person with an attached bathroom facility. Two dining halls are present, fully ventilated, and have 24-hour open service. Sports and games are organized from time to time, and for each sport, different playgrounds and courts are available. | Teachers are all helpful, qualified, and have more than ten years of teaching experience. The course curriculum is relevant. Exams are held four times, with unit tests in between per subject each year. Three are sessional exams, and one is a professional exam. | Absolutely satisfied with the course and the facilities provided. | I chose the course because I had an interest in the medical profession. And also here, we connect with people who are in need of help and care. Caring for them provides another level of happiness for me. And this is the best thing about this course: that you provide selfless care to others. Events are held during regular periods. The main event of the college is Chiasma, and other fests are celebrated by the student committee under the name students association AIIMS Bhubaneswar'.

The 2018 batch had a total number of 60 students. From 2020, the number of seats increased to 75. It's a course offered by government, and the course fee is minimal, approximately 3,500 for 4 years, excluding the mess fee. After completing the course, you may apply for a contractual job that offers you a salary of 40,000, or you may go for higher studies like M.Sc. nursing. AIIMS Bhubaneswar is currently offering Ph.D. nursing courses also. You may also apply for Norcet for government nursing jobs. Internships are offered to all the students who studied at AIIMS, Bhubaneshwar, in its own hospital. One can be a nursing officer, community health officer, or tutor after M.Sc. nursing. Nursing is a noble profession, and AIIMS gives the best sources and opportunities for students' growth and development in subjects and skills. | Wi-Fi is available in college but not in hostel. Hostel facilities are the best, and you will be provided with a single room in 3rd and 4th years. The classrooms are new with projectors and blackboards. Library facilities are present within the nursing college, and also a central library is available. A student can also afford the online library provided by the central library. In the second year, one room is to be shared by two students, with a common washroom. The mess provides different and healthy dishes. The mess food is quite affordable. Semester exams are moderate with respect to the classroom teachings, and the pass percentage is 50%. | AIIMS provides all possible opportunities for the overall growth of students. | Medical is always a stream of choice for me. I was unable to get a government MBBS seat, so I opted for B.Sc. nursing at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. We get exposure to a vast number of patients, which makes us competent nurses, and it is the best thing. Co-curricular activities and fests like Chaisma and Evince are organised every year. Being an autonomous institute, we have our own curriculum and it got to be the best. It includes all the relevant theoretical and practical skill that an MBBS graduate should know. Adding to it we are alaways taught something extra in order to have an upper hand in competitive exams. Semester exams are usually difficult with passing percentage varying between 70-80%. However Profs are quite lenient and about 95% people pass the exams, thanks to our lovely professors.

As in the medical field, placements don't exist. Rather everyone focuses on PG entrance examinations. This year from our college, our seniors have produced AIR-1 in PG entrance examination. These ranks in PG entrances are due to a supportive and competitive environment of our college. | In AIIMS Bhubaneswar, academic complexes are very good and modern. We have centralised air-conditioned and well-furnished laboratories of different departments. Hostels are satisfying and modern. We don't have to pay for hostels, but we have to pay for the mess. The mess is run by a private company named Yatri's. They provide us with good food and chicken every day at an affordable cost. | In AIIMS, we get the best professors and doctors for our academics. They understand the need and problems of students as they already have been through the same phases, and they are very helpful. The course curriculum strictly follows clinical knowledge which shapes us to be a good doctor in future. | I am satisfied with our college. | Being a doctor is very interesting for most of us, and interest in biology and human science attracted me towards the MBBS course. In AIIMS Bhubaneswar, the largest Medfest in the eastern zone is organised every year named as Chiasma. Only a less fee of Rs. 5,658 is deposited at the beginning of the course of MBBS for the whole course, so money is not a constraint. All sports with facilities and grounds are available here. There is a very attractive gym which increases our interest in the residential complex.

The college infrastructure is top notch. The entire campus offers free and fast Wi-Fi. The library is a haven for book lovers, boasting an extensive collection and world-class facilities including very fast internet. I usually watch my lectures there. The rooms are spacious, the washrooms are clean, and there is a water cooler on every floor for convenience. | I must say that AIIMS Bhubaneswar boasts some of the best faculty members for Pathology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology. While the professors in the 1st year may seem a bit lackluster and less charismatic, the 2nd year brings a significant improvement. As an autonomous institute, we have our own curriculum, which is excellent and covers all the relevant theoretical and practical skills that an MBBS graduate should acquire. Additionally, we are taught extra content to give us an edge in competitive exams. Semester exams are typically challenging, with passing percentages ranging from 70-80%. A doctor from AIIMS who is accepted everywhere in society doesn't have to be confused about placements. The one who passes out from AIIMS Bhubaneswar will definitely be at the apex of the doctor's community in India always. We didn't come across anyone without practice after passing out of AIIMS. The one who passes out from AIIMS as a doctor will definitely have good leadership and research skills. | As AIIMS is an Institute of National Importance, the infrastructure of the college and hostel is far better than many other colleges. They provide single occupancy in hostel rooms and well-furnished rooms. We have air-conditioned classrooms and a 24*7 library, well-occupied lab facilities, and many more sports and athletic opportunities that are worthwhile values. The quality of food served here is another thing to notice, for which we have to pay. The rest of everything is free of cost in our college. | The faculty members and professors in our college are highly qualified and experienced individuals who have the capability of delivering enough concepts and ideas to the students. The assessment system here includes monthly tests, semester exams, and a year-end professional exam. The standard of the exams is much above average, even though the students are getting passing grades in the exams. The pass percentage is 50%, just like in every medical college in India. The academics here are very strict and of great responsibility to the students' outcomes in society. | Review of AIIMS Bhubaneswar. | There are a lot of things students can do to fill their minds with joy and pleasure in our college. The frequent events, competitions, and cultural meets are everything that makes your campus life worthwhile. The most important thing to highlight is that students from different corners of India join together here, and a mixing of different Indian cultures occurs here, which helps in the knowledge of different cultures, lifestyles, and habits of our mother India. Our college has many scholarships available for students under different schemes.

Top government college, good rank, rare opportunity, good profession, good infrastructure, peaceful city, low fees, best among new aiims, best govt hospital in east. The thing i like about getting into this college is 1.i dont feel i burdened my parents financially2.i study with brightest minds and hardworkers in the country in a top and acclaimed college3. Good and new infrastructureAlways wanted to be in a profession which was unique(no one in my family is a doctor and only few friends got into medical college), exclusive and awesome, which gives you a sense of importance, satisfaction, meaning and respect. Career stability. After considering my personal difficulty and lack of intrest in comprehending complex maths for engineering entrances, good results in medical entrances, desire to study in a top University, suggestions from family, friends and teachers, I decided to do mbbs. I would suggest to weigh pros and cons (in a written format) before taking any crucial decision.Dont come under pressure from anyone, just listen to their views, introspect and choose the best opportunity before you. Its a medical college so u have compulsary internship. You then become a licensed doctor, you are then free to continue studies, work in a hostpital, do anything you want

It is a central government institute, hence all facilities are really good. And above all, you get the brand name "AIIMS" which is really good. The college is really reputed and even though it was established in 2012, it is well developed and is growing exponentially. All the students have got exceptional results in the entrance exams and hence you can find the best of minds here, resulting in a positive and competitive atmosphere. Everyone after the completion of MBBS needs to do a compulsory internship at the hospital. After which, many take up jobs, or MD/MS course in other institutes. Every year many students get placements.but our college dont teach like competitive exam.they teach theory only. Salary is good like 80000 when we get job in aiims | Value for Money: As govt. Course all are free. Only 3600 rupees given for four year. Value for money | Campus Life: Good. Many fest and sports are there. We enjoy lot during annual fest | Others: College is good

Around 40 percent of the graduates from the passed out batch were selected in INI CET and NEET PG. Some are still preparing for these exams, as well as PLAB and USMLE. They secured placements in government medical colleges and INIs such as PGI Chandigarh JIPMER and AIIMS Bhubaneswar among others. Salary for Junior Residents (JRship) varies from RS. 90,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 per month in central institutes. Internship is mandatory to obtain the degree, and everyone who graduated completed their 1-year internship at our hospital. Top rankers typically choose branches like MD Medicine MS Orthopedics and MS General Surgery among others. | Infrastructure is top notch. We get free Wi Fi and the labs are equipped with adequate specimens and instruments. Classrooms are spacious and comfortable. In terms of books the library is a bit lacking but this does not pose a major problem. We get single rooms some with attached washrooms depending on which hostel you get. Hostel facilities are pretty good with washrooms and corridors cleaned and maintained daily. Food is quite good as per mess food standards. We also receive free medical services from the college. Campus has a football ground cricket ground basketball court tennis court volleyball court badminton court and indoor games. Overall it's a nice experience. | Faculty members are extremely qualified, but most of the time, you'll find yourself watching Marrow videos, so it matters less. However, the clinical classes are amazing, and I strongly suggest you attend them. We follow the standard NMC curriculum for our courses. Exams are pretty tough, and the pass percentage is around 80%-85%. | This college has good infrastructure and a strict curriculum. | MBBS is a really good course if you're passionate about it, but it requires a lot of sacrifice. Attendance criteria are a little too strict, a bit more flexibility would be better. Our annual fest, Chiasma, was held last year, and so was our academic fest, Wissen. Our college is well connected to the main city, it takes about 40 minutes from the airport and railway station. Overall, it will be a great experience.

They have well organized criteria for every plan and they often arrrange counciling and cultural programmes to entertain students. I got admission through entrance exam for AIIMS nursing. I opted this institution as it under central government and educational quality was best in thrir hands. We were called for admissin purpose within a date and I went there with all my original certicates and then varified amd enrolled it.

For admission, you need to score more than 50% in the class 10th and 12th, and you also need to qualify NEET with enough scores to enter AIIMS Bhubaneswar. The total class strength is usually more than 100 students. We have 4 and a half-year of studies then a year of internship for which AIIMS pays you. After that, some students choose to go for MD or MS, and others take jobs. Opportunities are very good and high, but it depends on your efforts and hard work. | Campus life is good. There are various clubs and committees like literary, cultural, quiz, sports, academics, dance, music, fine arts, web and IT, photography, etc. There are annual socio-cultural fests like Chiasma, annual sports day, medical conferences and workshops that keep happening. All festivals like Diwali, Holi, Onam, Halloween, etc., are celebrated. The college takes part in various intercollege fests and stands out every time. Hostel infrastructure is good, but it can be improved in many ways. Students of first-year have to share their room and are kept in separate hostels to ensure they don't become the victims of ragging. Girls get flats where 3 girls share each room. | The course curriculum is very well-planned and somewhat hectic. Faculty members and the administration are strict about academics, which is good at this point. There is proper planning and schedule for classes and regular assessment tests. Faculty members are good and have a reputed educational background. Practical classes, labs and instruments are updated, and it is sufficient for patient exposure. Exams are quite tough because, in MBBS, you have to study all round the year to score well. The pass percentage is more than 90%. | AIIMS Bhubaneswar provides studies with enjoyment. | I would suggest going for Maulana Azad in Delhi if possible. Even if you can't, AIIMS is also great.

Negative remarks: The private canteen(mess) is corrupt and looting money from students. The administration is not easily approachable or accountable. Since this is an autonomous institution, the director has the power to do anything which makes things difficult for the students. Apart from these, the college is very very good.

This is one of the best medical colleges in India & the second best AIIMS. It is a great boost to the health infrastructure of the state. It is only few years old and already ranked best college and hospital in Eastern India. It has produced many bright students with remarkable rank and commendable selections.

The course that I chose is MBBS. Every aspirants know that how nobel this profession is. We are hearing of rumors like we'll be having NExT exam so according to that a little bit change is needed like shifting ophthalmology and ENT to final year and MCQ pattern for our exam. Difficulty level of exams is moderate. You get some basic questions. Some desirable to know type of questions

Good atmosphere for academic and extra curricular activities. But yes, curriculum is quite rigorous and mentally strenuous. So if one decides to come here, he/she has to be ready to be able to tolerate extremes of academic pressure.

I wanted to become a doctor, and MBBS is the first step to become one, so I choose this course. This course makes you a primary care physician, capable of providing basic healthcare services. And being a bachelor's degree, this is a stepping stone for the future endeavours in medico life. Though I feel there's room for improvement in the flexibility of the course, as there's not much to choose what to study. Exams are once in 2-3 months, and are moderately difficult, except the professional exams, for which you have to put your best efforts

College Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good.In OT they r properly maintained sterility. All types of facilities are present, during lectures they are using different types of av aids so this is helpful for us. I can say infrastructure is good. | Academics: So much pressure in academic. Literally we are doing clinicals posting from morning seven thirty to twelve thirty after that we went for lunch and came back to college at two from there we came back to hostel at five | Placements: Placement for aiims is good. One student should get seventy percent to qualify aiims. So,after that she can get course here.in aiims nursing officer get eighty thousands for one month salary. So Placement is good | Value for Money: Actually at the time of admission we gave three thousand seven hundred. This is the only money we have given to our college. We got 500 Stipen on monthly basis.for any batch trip then only we,have to pay money | Campus Life: It is outstanding. Here we celebrate CHIASMA every year. That is our annual fest of aiims bhubaneswar. Our campus is very much large.so we can roam different places of the campus | Others: My college is good for me.

The main aspect which led me to choose this course is the interaction with people and the exposure. When you choose this field , you get the most respected field amd gets honour and diginity in the society..

Our college is overall good. There are some extreme restrictions on many things which need to be modified. The institution is touching the heights of success day by day by providing various new facilities for the welfare of people. I wish all the very best for the institution for all its achievements.

Placements- Consider as Post graduate seat. Every year at least 3-4 students will be selected for AIIMS PGI exam and 5-6 score through NEET. JR salary- 60-70thousand. SR salary- 1lakh, assistant professor- 1.5 Lacs. Associate professor- 1.75 Lacs, Additional professor-2 Lacs, Professor & HOD- 2.5 Lacs. | No Wi-Fi available for students. For MBBS boys and girls will get a single room with a bed, table, chair and almirah, common bathrooms. Postgraduates and interns will get an attached bathroom. Food service is very poor. Caterer Yatri is dominating here because of some politics and it's the worst. Little kitchen, Tara tarini and spice inn are small food outposts. | Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but teaching quality isn't great. Only few departments are good at teaching like pharmacology, Anatomy, paediatrics, biochemistry. Teachers are less cared about students, they don't really have good relationship with students except above said departments. Curriculum is relevant but teachers are not great in clinical subjects. Industry ready- yes, better than state medical colleges. | Dissatisfied with politics of Yatri, Administration & teaching capabilities and interaction | I chose this profession because of lack of maturity in understanding my own interests. I would like to change Timings of classes 8-4 rather than 8-5. Teacher trainings for better understanding of students mindset and how to teach effectively and provision of slides for every class online. Better interaction of professors with students. Chiasma is fest done by SAAB ( Students Association AIIMS BBSR), there is good crowd for last year events and hopefully this year too. Cricket football are primary sports, basketball tennis and badminton courts are available.
