Admission Overview
C U Shah University Admission 2026
The application deadline for the GUJCET 2023 has been extended by GSHSEB. Applicants can now submit their applications for Gujarat's undergraduate engineering and pharmacy programmes online at gujcet.gseb.org by January 25, 2023. In 2013 the C.U. Shah University, Wadhwan was founded in the Gujarat town of Wadhwan.
Several UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma, and PhD programmes are available via the university. The school provides undergraduate degrees in B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Com, BSc, BA, LLB, B.Ed, BA LLB, B.Com LLB, and B.L.I.Sc, as well as graduate degrees in M.Tech, MBA, MCA, MA, MSc, LLM, M.L.I.Sc, MSW, MLW, M.Com, and M.Ed. The candidates may also choose from the Ph.D., GNM, PGDCA, PGDMA, and Diploma in Engineering programmes offered by C.U. Shah University.
The minimal requirement for admission to a B.Sc., B.A., B.Com, or BBA programme is completion of 10+2 from an accredited board. Similar to that, applicants seeking B.Tech./BCA admission must have completed their 10+2 in the Science stream. The prerequisite for entrance to the B.Ed. and B.L.I.Sc. programmes is a bachelor's degree in any field.
GUJCET is the admissions process for B.Tech. B.Pharm admissions are handled by the GUJCET, JEE, or CET. According to ACPMEC norms, admission to B.Sc.
(Nursing) is done by CULAT and LLB through CULAT. Candidates are chosen for all other UG courses based on how well they performed in the prerequisite test. Based on their performance in the CET or GATE, applicants are chosen for admission to the M.Tech programme.
Candidates are accepted to M.Pharm through CET/GPAT merit, whereas admission to MBA/MCA is based on CMAT merit. All remaining PG courses are admitted based on merit. The applicants are chosen based on their performance in the qualifying test in order to be admitted into the GNM, PGDCA, Diploma in Engineering, and Diploma in Management programmes.
Candidates must pass CUCET to be admitted to the Ph.D. programme. Anybody interested in enrolling in a course must submit an online application through the university's website. Individuals who wish to apply for the Ph.D. programme may download the application form from the website and submit it offline.

C. U. Shah University UG Admission 2026
B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Com, LLB, B.A. LLB, B.Sc, B.A., B.Ed, and B.L.I.Sc are among the UG programmes offered by C.U. Shah University. The length of the BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., and LLB programmes is three years; the B.Tech and B.Pharm programmes are four years; and the integrated programmes, such as B.A. LLB and B.Com LLB, are five years. The BA-JMC/B.L.I.Sc programme lasts for a year.
Candidates must have received their 10+2 diploma from an accredited board in the science stream in order to be admitted to the B.Tech, B.Pharm, or B.Sc programmes. The BBA, BA-JMC, B.A., B.CA, B.Com, B.A. LLB, and B.Com LLB programmes are open to students who have completed their 10+2 exams in any subject. B.L.I.Sc. and B.Ed. are available to those who have completed their undergraduate degrees in any field from an institution accredited by the AICTE.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 45% or a postgraduate degree with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 45% (40% for SC/ST/PH applicants) in order to be admitted to the LLB programme. The GUJCET is used to determine admission to the B.Tech programme, the GUJCET/JEE Main score is used to determine admission to the B.Pharm programme, and the CULAT is used to determine admission to the LLB programme. Whereas admission to B.A., B.Sc., BBA, BCA, B.A. LLB, B.Com LLB, B.Ed, and B.L.I.Sc. programmes are determined by the results of the qualifying examination.
With ACPMEC, students are admitted to the BSc (Nursing) programme. Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary administer the GUJCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test), a state-level entrance exam, for admission to diploma, pharmacy, and engineering programmes.
The official body in Gujarat State that oversees the application process for medical schools is called ACPMEC (Admission Committee for Professional Medical Educational Courses). According to ACPMEC guidelines, students are admitted to the university's BSc-Nursing programme. According to the regulations of the ACPC, Gujarat, admission is granted for 50% of the available seats in each programme through counselling that is done based on performance in the prerequisite test.
C. U. Shah University PG Admission 2026
The university offers a number of PG M.Tech programmes with four concentrations. While the M.Sc. and M.Sc.-Life Science degrees each have four specialties, the MBA, MBA Integrated, MCA (Regular/Lateral), and M.Sc. all have eight specialisations. However there are eleven specialties available for the M.Com, M.Ed, MSW, MLW, M.L.I.Sc, LLM, and MA degrees.
Applicants are qualified if they have earned a B.E. or B.Tech. degree in the relevant field. Identical minimum eligibility requirements apply for admission to MCA, MBA (Regular), M.Sc. (Regular), MSW, and MLW: graduation in any subject.
Applicants who are seeking admission to integrated courses of MBA and M.Sc. must have passed 10+2 from a recognized Board. While for admission to M.Sc. (Web Technology) and MCA program, minimum eligibility requirement is BCA/ B.Sc.-IT.
Candidates for the M.Pharm degree must have a B.Pharm degree, and those applying for the M.L.I.Sc degree must have a B.L.I.Sc. Candidates must hold a B.Ed. degree with at least a 50% grade point average in order to be admitted to the M.Ed. programme, and 505 LLB points are the minimal need for admission to the LLM programme. Anybody interested in enrolling in an M.Sc. or M.A. programme must have completed a B.Sc. or B.A. in the relevant field from an accredited university.
For MBA and MCA admission, CMAT merit is taken into account, whereas admission to the M.Tech programme is based on CET/GATE merit. In a similar vein, CET/GPAT scores are used to determine admission to M.Pharm programmes. A merit-based process is used to choose applicants for admission to the MBA (Integrated), MSc, M.Com, MA, LLM, M.L.I.Sc, MSW, MLW, and M.Ed programmes.

C. U. Shah University Diploma/ PG Diploma Admission 2026
Five specialisations are available for the university's diploma in engineering. while offering eight specialisations in the PGDCA, GNM, and PG Diploma. The length of the PGDCA and PG Diploma programmes is one year, whereas the GNM and Diploma in Engineering programmes last three years. For admission to the GNM programme, candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam.
Candidates for the Diploma in Engineering programme must have finished Class 10th from a recognised Board. Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree in any field to be eligible for admission to the PG Diploma and PGDCA. The only factor used to choose an applicant for admission to one of these courses is their performance on the qualifying test.
According to ACPGNMC regulations, admission to the GNM programme is granted. List of C. U. There are several specialties available for the Ph.D. programme. The merit of the CUCET is used to determine admission to the programme. Candidates seeking admission to this programme must have earned a Postgraduate degree in any subject with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST applicants) in order to qualify.

Admission Process
All the latest updates regarding C. U. Shah University admissions are as follows: The NEET UG 2026 re-exam will be conducted on Jun 21, 2026 for admission to the MBBS, BDS, and other courses. The GPAT 2026 result for the MPharma programme has been released. The JEE Main 2026 session 2 result has been announced on the official website for admission to the BTech, BArch and BPlan courses. The GUJCET 2026 result for admission to the BE/BTech and BPharma courses has been released. Appeared candidates in the exam can log in and check their results on the official website. Also, the registrations for round 1 counselling are ongoing, with the last date being May 31, 2026 . The XAT 2026 result is out for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses. Students need to log in to the official XAT portal to access and download their scorecard.
