Dr. N.D. The Desai Faculty of Medical Science and Research at Nadiad is one of the best institutes providing medical education. The whole admission procedure follows those laid down by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Desai Faculty of Medical Science and Research admission to the MBBS programme will depend on the students' performance on merit in NEET and the following counseling. Eligibility criteria for the MBBS programme are: Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
Obtain a minimum of 50% (40% SC/ST/OBC) in the qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined. Obtain a minimum of 50% (40% SC/ST/OBC) in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined in NEET. Age criteria as stated by the NMC are to be met.
Selection Process includes: Through the prescribed minimum score of clearing the NEET examination, Counseling based on NEET rank, Merit, choice of college, and availability for allotment of a seat.
