GPSC doctors’ recruitment phase 10: 442 candidates interviewed from 26 to 30 October, and call letters close at 11 am on 30 October

The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has published the phase-10 interview programme for Advertisement No. 82/2024-25, its recruitment of doctors and medical tutors for the Gujarat Medical Service, Class-2. The commission's notice and the detailed programme are both dated 19 October 2026. They call 442 candidates for interviews between 26 and 30 October 2026. Call letters can be downloaded from 6 pm on 19 October until 11 am on 30 October.

Your date depends on your roll number. The detailed programme lists every candidate by interview number and roll number, with the date beside it. The commission says the date is fixed and that a candidate in this phase will not be moved into a later one.

One advertisement fills ten kinds of post. They are Medical Officer, Insurance Medical Officer (Allopathy), and Tutor in Biochemistry, Community Medicine (P&SM), Forensic Medicine, Microbiology, Pathology, Physiology, Anatomy and Pharmacology, all Class-2. The commission's interview calendar of 17 October 2026 lists the advertisement at 2,290 posts and 3,595 candidates in all, so phase 10 is one more batch of an interview round that has run since the summer. What to do before your date

1. Open gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in and go to Call Letter/Form, then Interview Call Letter. Select this advertisement, enter your confirmation number and date of birth, and click OK.
2. Download both the call letter and its annexure and print them. The commission says nobody will be allowed into the interview without both.
3. Bring every original certificate named in the annexure, plus one self-attested copy of each.
4. Reach GPSC Bhavan in Gandhinagar by 9 am, at your own cost. The commission's reporting time is earlier than the 11 am interview start shown on its calendar.

The preference form decides your posting

You will be handed a preference form in the interview room. You rank the ten kinds of post in the order you want them, in your own clear handwriting, and give it back at that moment. Once submitted, the order is final. The commission will not accept a change, a correction or a request to swap numbers under any circumstance.

The notice also says what happens if you leave posts unranked. If you rank only some posts and your ranked choices are not available to you, you are allotted a post from what remains after candidates who ranked every post have been placed. So rank all ten, and read the numbers of posts in the original advertisement dated 1 March 2025 before you sit down.

What to do now: if your roll number is on the phase-10 list, download your call letter today instead of on the last morning. The download window closes at 11 am on 30 October, which is also your interview day if you were given the last date.
