Applicant must have done BTech/BE or, at least, should be in the final year of the respective studies. In the latter case, it would be assumed that the candidate will be able to complete the degree by the time of M.Tech admission.

Tech/ BE in BT/ Chemical/ Civil/ EE/ ME/ MSME/ M.Sc. with CY/PH with a valid GATE ScoreGATE Subjects: AE/BT/CH/CE/CY/ EC /EE/ IN/ ME/MN/MT/PE/PH/PI/XE-C/XE-E/XE-F/XE-H/XL-PGATE qualification is exempted for industry-sponsored candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience OR for IIT undergraduates with a minimum CGPA of 8.0.
