The MAT 2026 PBT mode registration deadline for admission to the MBA course has passed. For the PBT mode, the exam will be held on May 31, 2026 . Further, for the CBT mode, the registration window is open till Jun 8, 2026 , for the exam scheduled for Jun 14, 2026 .
The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.

Details
Means Cum Merit Scholarships: It is recommended that the students whose parents have annual income less than Rs 180000/- from all sources be considered as poor and they should be considered for scholarship. Only students pursuing regular studies in the institute and are not getting any other scholarship (Govt./NGO) be considered for means cum merit scholarship. However, if a student is getting some other scholarship (Govt./NGO) and the amount of scholarship received by him/her is marginal, he/she may be considered for means cum merit scholarship. NIT Jalandhar Details
The university scholarships include a wide variety for students from government as well as private places of origin. There are many types of scholarships offered based on the type of students enrolling and eligibility criteria. The students must have a certain percentage to be satisfied to be considered for the NIT Jalandhar scholarships. The scholarships are also awarded based on the department the student is enrolled in. Each NIT Jalandhar scholarship is offered to a specific number of students based on availability and some scholarships provide a maintenance fee and book allowance in addition. Students from economic and socially backward sections such as SC/ST/OBC will be specially considered for the financial aid.

Name Amount Offered Eligibility Criteria Guru Har Krishnan Education Society scholarship Parental income should not exceed Rs 25,000 per month. For maintenance, students will receive between Rs 100 to 600 per month Rs 20.24 lakhs for 584 students on an average basis Students must be having financial need and must have academic merit of 60%. Students must pursue courses in medical, engineering, management, teaching and postgraduate level. The award will be first come first serve basis. Dr. Partap Singh Memorial scholarship Rs 10,000 every year Awarded for the students of B.Tech civil engineering For academic topper and needy students of civil engineering department Rs 20,000 cash reward for every semester Student with financial need basis MCM scholarships Tuition waiver depending upon the CGPA Parental income must be less than Rs. 1.8 lakh from all sources per annum. The scholarship should be availed academic merit above for 75% Smt ShyamLata Garg scholarships Rs 60,000 per annum scholarship amount. Students must be having merit as well as financial need and should be a student pursuing engineering. Candidate should have a minimum of 65% marks in class 12. Parental income should not exceed Rs. 6 LPA Please note: 20 scholarships awarded every year. Shri.Anand Swaroop Garg Memorial scholarships Rs 50,000 per annum scholarship amount. Shri.Ram Lal Gupta Memorial scholarships Rs 40,000 per annum scholarship amount. Smt. Shanti Devi Memorial scholarships Rs 30,000 per annum scholarship amount. Shri.Ram Ji Lal Memorial scholarships Rs 20,000 per annum scholarship amount. Siemens India scholarship for 1st year engineering students Tuition fee reimbursement, book allowances, holistic development programme 50% reserved for girls Indian students in Engineering meritorious students in first year engineering such as electrical, electronics and telecommunication, mechanical, instrumentation, computer science and IT. Scholarship - Foundation for Academic Excellence and Access (FAEA) Girl students avail special scholarship through merit cum means basis. For general students with 90% in HSC will receive financial support, maintenance, hostel and mess charges. Sponsored by Tata, students must have a valid HSC certificate or first year UG student. The student must belong to SC/ST or below the poverty line. Post matric Ashirwad scholarships for students - SC and OBC students supported by Punjab and Chandigarh Welfare Department SC and OBC students supported by permanent resident of Rajasthan only Scholarships for students with disabilities NHFDC 30% reserved for girls Tuition waiver offered on quarterly basis. Maintenance allowance of Rs 2,500 for undergraduate for 10 months and Rs 3,000 for postgraduate for 1 year. Book allowance of Rs 6,000 per annum for UG students and Rs 10,000 per annum for PG students. Parental income must be less than Rs 25,000 per month or 3 lakhs per annum from all sources.
