Admission overview

Entrance exams and eligibility

Shree J.N. Ruparel Swaminarayan Institute of Management and IT sits at Chaaya in Porbandar and affiliates to Gujarat Technological University. Its two-year, full-time MBA has 60 seats. A bachelor's degree from a recognised university is the base requirement, and a valid management entrance score, usually CMAT, is considered for the merit list.

Selection and counselling

MBA seats in Gujarat colleges are normally offered through the MBA/MCA admission process of the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). Applicants register online, are ranked on their entrance score and graduation marks, then select colleges in order of preference. Students allotted to the Porbandar institute report to its office for verification and fee payment.

How to apply

Watch the ACPC notice for the MBA window, complete registration and upload the scorecard and degree marksheets. For questions about vacant seats after the central rounds, call the institute on 9099063427 or write to [email protected].
