Tools in Scientific Computing

You should have completed your first-year undergraduate mathematics and learnt about partial differential equations if you want to enrol in the Tools in Scientific Computing programme.To achieve the certificate, you need to have a passing final score of 40/100. However, two more constraints supersede this.First: You need to submit all the assignments. Six assignments out of the eight that you submit will be used to calculate your assignment score. The assignment score will be the average of the individual six assignments. You should score 10/25 or above to fulfil the assignment criteria, as it constitutes 25% of your final score.Second: You need to sit for an offline exam. The exam constitutes the rest of the 75% of the final score. The minimum passing marks required for the exam is 30/75.
