NIT Manipur (NITMN) Admission Process
National Institute of Technology Manipur (NITMN) offers admission to UG, PG and doctoral courses. The eligible candidates can apply for the NIT Manipur admissions. Before applying for NIT Manipur admission, candidates should appear for the relevant entrance examination.
NIT Manipur admissions are offered to BTech, MTech, MSc and PhD. Students aiming for admission in NIT Manipur are required to clear the JEE Main/GATE/JAM entrance examination. National Institute of Technology Manipur Counselling: JoSAA counselling is conducted for BTech admissions.
If seats are vacant after JoSAA counselling, CSAB counselling is conducted. CCMT counselling is conducted for MTech admissions, and CCMN for MSc admissions. JEE Main counselling 2026 registration will begin on June 2, 2026.
The last date to register for CCMT 2026 for MTech Admissions is June 5. JAM 2026 first admission list will be released on May 31, 2026. To get B.Tech admissions at NIT Manipur, the candidate should appear for the JEE Main examination and secure a valid score.
Candidates have to register for JoSAA counselling to get the NIT Manipur B.Tech seat confirmation. To get NIT Manipur M.Tech admissions, the candidates should appear for the GATE examination. NIT Manipur B.Tech Admission Process
The candidates have to appear for the JEE Main entrance examination and obtain a qualifying score in the same. The qualified candidates have to appear for the counselling rounds of JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). The candidate should meet the NIT Manipur JEE Main cutoff.
The NIT Manipur admissions are done based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination. After the candidate is allocated a seat, he/she has to appear for the document verification process conducted by the university and pay the required NIT Manipur fees for the course.

NIT Manipur M.Tech Admission Process

NIT Manipur (NITMN) Details
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Manipur scholarships for the students are awarded by the AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education), UGC (University Grants Commission), Scholarships granted by respective State Governments, National Level Scholarships offered by the MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development). The guidelines, eligibility criteria and application details and all the relevant information about the NIT Manipur scholarships is available on the National Scholarships Portal.
