Full eligibility (official wording)

Candidates must have passed 10+2/ HSC or equivalent examination from recognized board. Applicant must have knowledge about the principal teachings of the Buddha.

Students who have Diploma in Buddhist Studies and have Certificate course in Introduction to Buddhism or equivalent from recognized board are also eligible to apply. If they don't have either of these, an interview will be conducted.
