Gujarat MBBS and BDS round 4 result: 223 candidates must pay fees by 2 pm and report by 5 pm on 26 October
Gujarat’s medical admission committee has opened the fee and reporting window for the 4th online stray vacancy round. Tuition fees can be paid from 21 October until 2 pm on 26 October, and original documents go to a help centre by 5 pm the same day. The committee’s report list has 223 names, one for each of the 223 seats that were vacant on 17 October.

The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) has published the 4th online stray vacancy round for MBBS and BDS in Gujarat for 2026-27. Students who got a seat can pay the tuition fee from 21 October 2026 and must finish both payment and document submission by 26 October 2026. This is the last state round, so a missed deadline means the seat goes.

Round 4 schedule
| Step | From | To |
|---|---|---|
| Pay tuition fee online | 21 October 2026 | 26 October 2026, 2 pm |
| Pay at a designated HDFC Bank branch (banking hours, working days only) | 21 October 2026, 11 am | 26 October 2026, 2 pm |
| Report at a help centre and submit original documents | 21 October 2026, 11 am | 26 October 2026, 5 pm |
Help centres work from 10 am to 4 pm on Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 12 noon on Saturday. They are closed on Sunday and public holidays, so Sunday 25 October is not available to you.
What the lists show
The committee’s round 4 list of students required to report at a help centre has 223 names: 118 on government seats and 105 on management seats. That matches the committee’s vacant-seat list dated 17 October 2026, which counted 223 seats.
| Course | Seats vacant on 17 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| MBBS | 119 |
| BDS | 104 |
| Total | 223 |
Round 4 gives seats that were left unreported in round 3. The committee’s schedule fixes 26 October 2026 as the last date of joining for state counselling.
How to confirm your seat
- Log in on medadmgujarat.org with your User ID and password, then download your allotment letter and tuition fee challan.
- Pay the tuition fee online, or in cash or by demand draft in favour of ACPUGMEC, payable at Gandhinagar, at a designated HDFC Bank branch. If you paid in an earlier round, you pay only the difference.
- Choose a help centre and a date when you print the allotment letter. An appointment is compulsory.
- Carry the originals: allotment letter, fee receipts, the NEET UG 2026 marksheet printout, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, and a school leaving or transfer certificate. Add a domicile certificate if you were born outside Gujarat, and your caste, non-creamy layer or EWS certificate if you claim a category seat.
- Bring an 11 x 15 inch envelope with your name, User ID, category and merit numbers written on it.
The committee’s procedure says a candidate who does not bring the original documents has no right to the admission. Earlier rounds also forfeited the refundable security deposit of students who did not report, so do not leave this to the last afternoon.
What to do now
- Check your name in the round 4 report list on medadmgujarat.org before you pay anything.
- Book your help-centre slot today and aim to finish by Saturday 24 October.
- If your name is not on the list, watch the committee’s page for any new notice.
