Check your marks
- The marks for each post are linked from the Board's notice of 13 October on gprb.gujarat.gov.in.
- The paper had two parts. Part A had 90 questions on reasoning, data interpretation, maths, the Constitution, current affairs and Gujarati and English comprehension. Part B had 120 questions on the subject. You need at least 40% in each part separately. Merit is ranked on the total of both parts for candidates who clear both.
Want a recheck? Do it by 20 October
- Send a ₹500 demand draft from a nationalised bank, payable at Gandhinagar, in favour of "Chairman, Gujarat Police Recruitment Board".
- Include a photocopy of your call letter and an application that gives your name, confirmation number, roll number, question-booklet code and mobile number.
- Deliver it in person, or by speed post or courier, to the Gujarat Police Recruitment Board, Bungalow No. G-12, near Sarita Udyan, Sector 9, Gandhinagar 382007. It must reach by 20 October 2026. Incomplete applications, or ones sent any other way or received late, will not be considered.
What happens next
- Based on merit, about twice as many candidates as there are posts will be called for document verification and a physical standard test. Recognised sportspersons and widows who meet the state’s conditions get 5% extra marks. The final select list comes after that.
- The Board says it is still reviewing CCTV recordings from every exam room. Any candidate found to have used unfair means will have their candidature cancelled.
What to do now: download your marks and compare them with the final answer key. If you think your OMR sheet was misread, get the demand draft made today and send the application so that it reaches Gandhinagar by 20 October. If you are near the cut-off, keep your degree or diploma, driving licence and category certificates ready for verification.
