SNAP 2026: pay by 20 October to get the official mock test on 23 October. The real tests are on 13, 19 and 26 December
Symbiosis International (Deemed University) will run a SNAP 2026 mock test on 23 October for applicants who pay by 11:59 pm on 20 October. Registration closes on 25 November, and candidates can take up to three tests, on 13, 19 and 26 December, with the best score counting. Results are due on 12 January 2027.

Symbiosis International (Deemed University), or SIU, will hold an official mock test for SNAP 2026 on Friday, 23 October 2026. Only applicants who have paid for SNAP 2026 by 11:59 pm on 20 October can take it. SNAP is the entrance test for the MBA programmes at SIU’s institutes, and this year’s score counts for admission in the 2027-28 session.

Up to three tests, best score counts
You can sit one, two or all three tests. If you take more than one, SIU uses your higher score for the final percentile and says there is no normalisation between tests. Each test costs ₹2,550. On top of that you pay ₹1,000 for each MBA programme you apply to. Taxes are extra, and both fees are non-refundable. Paying the SNAP fee alone does not put you in the running for any programme.
The paper
SNAP is a 60-minute computer-based test of 60 one-mark questions, and each wrong answer costs a quarter of a mark:
- General English: 10 questions
- Analytical and logical reasoning: 20
- Quantitative, data interpretation and data sufficiency: 20
- Ethics, morality and values: 10
The mock follows the same four sections, time limit and negative marking. Its marks are for practice only and do not affect your SNAP score. Login details arrive by SMS, WhatsApp and email.
Dates and cities go to those who pay first
SNAP runs in 79 cities, five of them in Gujarat: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Surat and Vadodara. SIU allots test dates and cities on a first come, first served basis and will not change them once you have paid, so an early payment gives you a better chance at the slot you want.
Who can apply
A graduate in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC and ST candidates). Some programmes, including business analytics, infrastructure development and the dual degrees, have extra conditions, so check each institute’s criteria before you pay for it.
What to do now
- If you plan to take SNAP, pay before 11:59 pm on 20 October so you get the mock.
- Decide your test dates and cities before paying; they cannot be changed afterwards.
- Pay separately for each MBA programme you want. Fees paid for a programme you are not eligible for are not refunded.
