CUET PG 2027 dates change: 17 exam days now run from 2 to 31 March in NTA's revised calendar

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has posted a revised examination calendar on 26 October 2026, replacing the one it published in September. The biggest change for final-year undergraduates is CUET PG 2027: it still has 17 exam days, but they are spread differently across March and now run to the last day of the month.

In practice: 1 March and the weekend of 13 and 14 March are no longer exam days, nor is Saturday, 20 March. 9 March and 29 March are added, and 30 and 31 March move from buffer to regular exam days. There is no separate buffer in the new list. Which day you sit depends on your subject paper, and NTA will assign that later.

NTA has not yet released a CUET PG 2027 information bulletin or opened registration. The dates are proposed, and NTA says they may change.

Two other points. The NITTT teacher-training tests, listed in September for 26 and 27 February and 5 and 7 March, do not appear in the revised calendar. And JEE Main session 2 in April, which was outside the September calendar's range, is now on it.

In a notice dated 28 October 2026, NTA asked JEE Main 2027 applicants to log in with their own DigiLocker, JanParichay or e-Pramaan (MeriPehchaan) account, to redo KYC on DigiLocker before filling the form so the latest details are fetched, and to make sure the name and date of birth match the Class 10 certificate or marksheet. Using someone else's login can cause identity and biometric mismatches later.

What to do now: if you are in your final undergraduate year, check your college's March exam and practical dates against 2 to 31 March, and expect the CUET PG form to open only after NTA publishes a bulletin. Eligibility and the test pattern are in our CUET PG 2027 guide.
