The UGC NET December 2026 application window that opened on 8 October closes at 11:50 pm on 28 October 2026. NTA has issued no extension: its site lists only the opening notice of 8 October and the corrigendum of 16 October, which moved the exam dates.

Fee

₹1,150 for General candidates, ₹600 for General-EWS and OBC-NCL, and ₹325 for SC, ST, PwD/PwBD and third gender candidates. Bank charges and GST are extra.
