GPSC Veterinary Officer: if you are on a scrutiny list, upload your certificates on IASS between 4 and 21 November

The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has set the dates for the next step in its three Veterinary Officer, Class 2 recruitments. In three notices dated 2 November 2026, it tells every candidate on the application scrutiny lists to upload their documents online between 1 pm on Wednesday, 4 November and 11:59 pm on Saturday, 21 November 2026, on gpsc-iass.gujarat.gov.in. When the lists came out on 28 and 29 October, GPSC had said only that the deadline would be put up on the portal.

The window is the same for all three. Many people applied for more than one of these posts, so if your seat number is on two or three lists, upload against each advertisement.

Online only

All the documents, certificates and proofs that apply to you go up on the IASS portal, carefully and in the right slots. GPSC repeats that a candidate who sends the application any other way becomes ineligible for scrutiny automatically. There is no counter or postal route.

Category certificates: watch the issue dates

• SEBC: the non-creamy-layer certificate must be in the Gujarati Appendix Ka format or Appendix 4, as the advertisement says, and must have been issued between 1 April 2024 and 21 November 2026. GPSC will accept no other certificate in place of Appendix Ka. A married woman must submit a certificate based on her parents' income; one based on her husband's income will be rejected.
• EWS: the eligibility certificate must be in the state format (Gujarati Appendix Ga, or Annexure KH in English) and issued between 22 November 2023 and 21 November 2026.

If your certificate falls outside these dates, get a fresh one now. Taluka and district offices can take days, and the portal closes at 11:59 pm on 21 November.

What comes next

GPSC checks the uploads against the advertisement's rules on qualification, experience and age, and then publishes the interview list. Final selection in these recruitments is on 50% prelim marks and 50% interview marks.
